About Lisa
Twenty eight years in primary care
Lisa has more than 28 years' experience in NHS digital health, working within organisations that support GP practices, PCNs and ICBs to improve services and make the best use of technology. Her background spans programme delivery, operations and customer engagement, and she has progressed from supporting practices on the ground to senior leadership roles, including fourteen years at EMIS Health. That path has given her a genuine understanding of the pressures busy practice teams face every day.
Lisa is passionate about making things easier and keeping things simple, turning complex challenges into practical, straightforward solutions. Through her work with Enhanced Technology she works closely with practices and the wider team to develop our services, make sure every customer has a great experience, and help practices recover the money they are entitled to.
Why she got in touch
The conversation at the front desk
I work alongside the team at Enhanced Technology, helping practices claim back money they may have missed. Our data suggests you may have underclaimed on your flu vaccines. Could we have a chat about reclaiming it?
What Lisa says when she visits a practice
Enhanced Technology runs a reconciliation service for GP practices, looking back through flu vaccination and PPA reimbursements to find income that was never claimed. NHS BSA allow claims going back six years, and across that period most practices are dealing with tens of thousands of data points, which is why very few have the time to check it themselves.
Lisa's job is to have that first conversation, explain what the process involves and what it does not, and answer any questions before a practice decides whether it is for them. There is no obligation at that stage.
What happens next
How the process runs
A short conversation
Lisa talks you through what we do and roughly what we would expect to find for a practice like yours. Nothing is committed to at this point.
You sign a contract
If you decide to go ahead, the agreement sets out the work and the terms. We charge 30% plus VAT of what we recover for you, and if we do not find anything, there is nothing to pay.
We do the work
From that point we handle the reconciliation on your behalf. The only thing we ask your team to do is print the scripts.
We show you what we found
We come back to you with exactly what has been identified and what it is worth, and you submit the claim to NHS BSA in the normal way.
