As Head of Operations, I lead and manage the operational functions that ensure the effective delivery of our reconciliation services. I oversee teams, streamline reconciliation processes, and drive initiatives that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction. My role includes managing resources, supporting quality assurance, seeking out opportunities for development and aligning operations with the organisation’s objectives to support practices to recover & manage their income.
I’ve been a part of the reconciliation services for many years and am proud of the incredible journey we’ve been on together. It’s been inspiring to see how both the services and the team have grown and evolved over time.
